My training this week consisted mostly of running.  I was in Budapest for the majority of the week, where I logged 41 miles running in 4 days.  I finished off with a couple short runs at the end of the week, brining my weekly mileage total to 49 miles for the week.  I also did some light lifting and swimming.  We headed up to the cabin on the 27th.
